Payment methods

You can pay with iDeal, credit card or PayPal. Payments to I I N E are safely conducted through Mollie payment system. Mollie guarantees that your transaction is secured. 

Shipping costs

We are happy to offer free delivery on all domestic (The Netherlands) orders over € 50,- 
Under € 50,- the standard shipping costs are € 4,95 for NL.

We have a special shipping offer for Germany and Belgium of  € 6,95 on all orders.
EU orders have a standard shipping rate of  € 12,95.

All our shipping rates include track and trace for your parcel.

Worldwide shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. The standard shipping rate is € 19,95 and includes   track and trace for your parcel.

Keep in mind that outside of Europe you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.

Delivery time

Your order will usually be send within 3 working days after transfer of the payment, but we aim to send most packages sooner.

Keep in mind that these are challenging times, we understand that this is hard for everybody so we try to make your order extra special by wrapping everything with care and love.

All items in the shop are in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you by email asap and offer you a refund or a similar product.

Most orders are delivered by DHL, DPD or PostNL. DHL, DPD and PostNL aim to deliver within the Netherlands the next working day. For Germany and Belgium it will take one or two workings days. Delivery of EU and international orders can take up to 10 working days, depending on the location and carrier.

Shipping methods

Your order will be handled by DHL, DPD or PostNL. Please do note that these carriers utilize local partners in other markets outside The Netherlands to deliver your order. DHL, DPD and PostNL will keep you updated per email with the delivery status of your send order.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after the order has been made.

Right of withdrawal - Returns

It is very important for us that you are completely happy with the items you ordered. If for any reason the item is not living up to this standard, please feel free to return or exchange the unused product as described below.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.

Please send us an email at info@iine.nl with your order number before you return your item, then we are informed that the item is on its way. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can't be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost from us to you will be refunded when all items of the order are returned. If for example only 1 item of the order is returned we will only refund the price of the particular product and not the shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over €75,- you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Satisfied customers are of major importance to us. In case you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. We ask you to notify us as soon as possible by email at info@iine.nl. We will do everything we can to solve the problem as soon as possible, in mutual understanding. When notifying us, please also provide your contact details, so we can get in touch.
