Handmade patchwork linen roll up case filled with 8 coloured Stockmar wasco block. The case is made with pieces of linen that I used over the years for all different products, some of the linens are hand dyed and all carefully selected to create a new pattern.
The case can be folded open for easy acces or layed down flat. The case can be rolled up with the leather laces.
The case contains the following colours:
02 vermilion red, 03 orange, 07 green | 08 blue green, 10 ultramarine, 12 red violet, 14 yellow rust brown, 24 pink and 44 mid yellow
The wasco blocks, which are made from beeswax have outstanding drawing properties and appeal to the senses. Their size and flat shape mean they sit well in the hand and are specially suited for small children. Children can draw colourful areas easily, and arrive at interesting effects. For example by dragging the long edge of the block in a wave-like fashion across the paper.
