Jerusalem Artichoke's flower tea (contains loose whole flowers of Helianthus tuberosus), also known as Topinambhur.
The way it tastes is rather incredible and nut-alike with a delightful golden consistency. On top of that, it reduces one's level of sugar and is acknowledged as a dietary product.
Each tea is naturally colourful and aromatic because it is hand-picked in wild Nordic meadows and forests, where herbs are more concentrated than cultivated ones and are then dried naturally by the sun and wind energy.
